Imagine a warm breeze over a wild herb garden and you're getting close. This blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, and Vermentino is textural and aromatic-stone fruit, almond blossom, pear skin, and just a touch of fennel and honey. It's got a Mediterranean soul but a fresh, clean finish that keeps you coming back. Wild, whimsical, and just a little bit cheeky-just like its name suggests.
Famille Fabre has been producing wine in the Languedoc since 1605 (!), and today they are a leading voice in organic and sustainable viticulture. Their estates span several appellations, and they've committed to solar power, biodiversity, and carbon-neutral practices. "Pirouette" is their creative outlet-playful wines that showcase the potential of lesser-known regional whites. Since 1991 Louis Fabre has pioneered the conversion to organic grape farming, becoming one of the first Languedoc winemakers to go green. He continues to prioritize eco-conscious farming and winemaking, exploring new methods and always looking for new solutions to the environmental problems we face.
