A crisp, expressive Sauvignon Blanc grown under the Atlantique IGP designation, which spans coastal vineyards of Southwest France. Pierre Henri Cosyns farms organically with minimal intervention, capturing purity and freshness in the glass. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to preserve aromatics and bottled young for vitality. Bright and zesty, with lifted aromas of lime, grapefruit, and gooseberry layered over subtle herbal notes. The palate is lean and refreshing, marked by saline minerality and brisk acidity, finishing clean and invigorating. A versatile and approachable Sauvignon that balances Loire-like tension with Atlantic freshness.
Nestled in the picturesque Côtes de Bourg region, Château Grand Launay has been an integral part of the Cosyns family since 1968. The vineyard was initially purchased by Michel Cosyns, an accomplished oenologist trained by the legendary Émile Peynaud in Bordeaux. Today, it is his son, Pierre Henri Cosyns, who carries the torch and has assumed the responsibility of overseeing the estate since 2007.
