Light on its feet, but not shy on flavour. This Pinot Noir brings juicy raspberry, cranberry, a touch of clove, and that forest-floor whisper that makes Pinot so lovable. It's grown in the sun-drenched Languedoc, so you get ripeness and generosity, but with real finesse and freshness. Unfussy, versatile, and totally crushable.
Famille Fabre has been producing wine in the Languedoc since 1605 (!), and today they are a leading voice in organic and sustainable viticulture. Their estates span several appellations, and they've committed to solar power, biodiversity, and carbon-neutral practices. "Pirouette" is their creative outlet-playful wines that showcase the potential of lesser-known regional whites. Since 1991 Louis Fabre has pioneered the conversion to organic grape farming, becoming one of the first Languedoc winemakers to go green. He continues to prioritize eco-conscious farming and winemaking, exploring new methods and always looking for new solutions to the environmental problems we face. "Quality is not a state, it is a path."
