David and Marco employ the use of concrete containers; designed and built by and for them to allow fermentation with a submerged cap and carbonic maceration with whole bunches. The top has a unique transparent glass to allow them to always have an eye on what's happening. In the aging cellar, they use terracotta amphorae, some steel and fiberglass containers.
