Montrodó is the name of the ancient volcano, lying on the property land. On the nose it offers aromas of wild fruits, currant, eucalyptus balsamic and cassis which evoke sweets and caramel. The palate is fresh and silky, with good acidity and a very pleasant finish.

This wine is harvested from sustainable viticulture in the Espai d’Interès Natural de les Gavarres in Sant Martí Vell (Girona), cultivated in volcanic soil with basalt stone on the estate of Ca l’Elsa.
