It has a balance in the nose, where the fruit seems to be riper and the balsamic aromas more noticeable. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, tight and balanced. The flavor profile is a mild spiced plum and fine mineral blend. I also picked up some hints of black pepper, black tea and a touch of blueberry. On the finish, its flavors and mild dry dusty tannins and acidity drift away nicely. This is an easy to drink Tuesday night burger wine offered at a very reasonable price.
