Francesco Cirelli purchased the land for his holistic estate in 2003. Agricola Cirelli is a 23 HA farm in Abruzzo that is certified organic. They grow all of their food and wine with respect to organic agriculture. The nose is dominated by chamomile flowers, with hints of clay and steely minerality. It has a soft creaminess and a precise and well-balanced tannin structure. On the palate, it is beautifully acidic with an easy-going freshness with hints of spice and delicate fruit notes.
